Admission process:

Vacancies in various classes are notified on the school notice board from 1st of March. Normally, seats are available in classes 6th, 9th, and 11th. Following procedure is followed for admission to these:

1. Entrance Test: A test of 1 hour duration is for each subject ie. Hindi, English, Math and General Knowledge is conducted for admission to any class except the 'Shishu.' The standard of the test-paper is based upon the syllabus of the previous class. The date for the entrance test is notified at the time of registration. The date of announcement of the results is notified on the day of the entrance test.

2. Interview: After the entrance test, successful candidates are invited for an interview and those successful in the process are granted admission to the school. Admission for class XIth is settled as per High School Certificate/ marks sheet after the interview.

3. Admissions to class 6th to 11th: While fulfilling the formalities for the admission, the following forms are to be submitted by the student:

- Transfer certificate from the previous recognised school
- Pass certificate of the previous class
- Prescribed fees
- Photographs
- Birth certificate

Notice for the submission of fees:

After admission, fees is deposited according to the following rules:

1. Monthly fees is to be paid on 5th, 15th and 25th of every month. In case of a holiday, the fees may be deposited on the next day.

2. On failing to pay the fees on any of the above mentioned dates, fees is accepted with a fine of Rs. 10/- on the 30th of every month.

3. In case fees is not deposited till the last day of the month, fees will be accepted with a fine of Rs. 25/- in the next month.

4. Remaining fee is charged with late fees of Rs. 25/- per month.

5. Fees is not accepted on any  other date except on the dates mentioned above.

6. Bus fees is also payable along with the monthly fees.

7. Payment of fees is accepted on the monthly basis. However, if convenient to the parents, fees for the whole year may also be paid in advance.

8. As in case of tuition fees, bus fees is also payable for all the 12 months.

9. Annual fees is to be deposited in full and not in installments.
